The PPA for Gloucestershire covers 274,761 households.  Within this defined area, our multiplex covers 212,033 (77.2%) of these households.  The total number of households covered by the multiplex is 261,361.

DAB Use

In Gloucestershire 46.5% of all radio listening is to DAB digital radio and 72.9% of the county listen to DAB in an average week.

Coverage

The multiplex broadcasts from transmitters at Churchdown Hill, Stockend Wood, Cirencester and Icombe Hill (outdoor coverage/indoor coverage).

Other transmitters may be launched during the licence term to enhance and increase coverage.

Carriage Fees

The current full service monthly carriage fee applicable for a station using 32 kbit/s DAB+ is £3,217 plus VAT (as at November 2024). Other carriage options are available, and please contact us for further information.
